Woo hoo! I went out today and finally bought a Fitbit Charge 2 and I am so very excited to use it! It looks like it has all kinds of fun features that will help me to stay on the right path. And now, since I’m at the maintenance phase of my makeover journey, this will be a great companion for me. From what I’ve seen, I can set it up to monitor a variety of things from heart rate to steps to calorie intake to sleep! And, I’m eager to start using it tonight to find out just how much sleep I actually get. 🙂
The setup was relatively painless, getting it synced up with my phone and my computer, so that I can fully use all the features. So, now it’s just a matter of putting it into practice and having fun living a healthy lifestyle!
